I like the idea of OKRs because they offer a structured progress towards achieving your goals without losing sight of the bigger picture. I want to try this out. How can I practice?

So I’m feeling fairly confident to set up my own personal OKRs now.
But what about work? How do you set um OKRs in an already agile environment? Lets see what we can find on the subject…
